Your payment will be processed via Paypal which is safe and secure and allows you to use all major debit and credit cards.
Items that are available will be posted within 1 to 3 working days of your purchase being completed. I use Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery Guaranteed' service. Your parcel will be tracked and insured and guarantees next day delivery by 1pm. It will need to be signed for. If you are in the UK and need your item urgently, please contact me to discuss your needs and I will do my utmost to meet them.
Items marked 'handmade to order and dispatched within 4-6 weeks' will be made as soon as possible but within the time specified. If you need something for a particular date, please contact me and I will let you know if I am able to make it in time, to avoid disappointment. Should your order be delayed for any reason, I will make you aware as soon as possible.
For international deliveries I will use Royal Mail's 'International Tracked and Signed' or the equivalent, which should take 3-5 days to arrive in Europe, or 5 to 7 days for worldwide delivery. This service guarantees that your parcel will be tracked and insured. I will let you know when your parcel has been dispatched and provide you with the tracking number.

All payments must be completed before items are dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to provide a correct postal address and to be available to sign for your parcel.
If your parcel is to be delivered within the UK via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Guaranteed' service the cost will be £6.50.
If your parcel is to be delivered outside of the UK via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' or equivalent, the cost will be £10. All duties and taxes on arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
I hope that you are delighted with your items but should there be a problem when you receive them, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery (Mon-Sat 10am-4pm) and let me know. If there is a genuine mistake with your order, I am happy to swap the item with anotherin stock or we can discuss a made to order item or alteration. Due to the nature of the work being handmade refunds are not generally granted. In some circumstances I can issue a gift certificate to the value of the item once it has been returned in its original packaging, in the condition it arrived in and using the same postal method used to send it.
For obvious hygiene reasons, ear-rings are non-refundable.
Refunds, exchanges and alterations are solely at the discretion of Helen Jackson.
I endeavour to provide images that best represent each piece as clearly as possible, however, colours will depend on your screen resolutions. I have given detailed descriptions of each item including materials used and dimensions, but if you need further information, please contact me.
